INQUIRY MANAGER

YeniExpo’s inquiry manager allows customers to request a price quote for each product, and vendors will receive instant notification via email when a new inquiry arrives. Previous inquiries can also be listed on the product page as frequently asked questions.

This system serves as a direct communication channel between buyers and sellers.

To use this feature, customers can click on the “Inquiries” tab located under each product page, and vendors will have access to email notifications, direct messages, and inquiry messages.

Additionally, customers can use the WhatsApp contact button to directly message vendors from each product page, if the vendor has enabled this option during their membership.”

MEDIA MANAGER

Vendors will be able to manage media files through the frontend editor and can easily customize them to meet their needs.

CATALOG MODE

Vendors can configure to easily list their products in catalog mode directly from the front-end of the site. You can add title, tags, description, attributes, images, and select proper categories for your product.

PRODUCT IMPORTER / EXPORTER

YeniExpo provides inbuilt product importer / exporter for your store. Vendors will be allowed to export their products and import products to their store directly from frontend. If you use WooCommerce on your company website, we can import your products from your website to YeniExpo fast. This is a fast way to add products on YeniExpo.
