Complete Production Stages of the TP.RN2530 Automatic Block-Making Machine

• Stage 1: Material Preparation Raw materials such as sand, gravel, cement, and water are precisely weighed using an automated batching system and thoroughly mixed in a high-performance mixer. The prepared mixture is then efficiently transferred via a conveyor belt or feeder to the production section, ready for moulding.
• Stage 2: Block Production The homogeneously mixed material is fed into the machine’s hopper, from where it is automatically guided into the mould by a loader. The machine then applies precise compression to form durable concrete blocks, which are carefully placed onto pallets for the next stage.
• Stage 3: Packaging and Storage At the end of the chain conveyor, pallets laden with newly formed products are stacked using an advanced elevator system. A specialized finger car then transports these stacked pallets to a controlled steam curing chamber. After an optimal curing period of 8 to 10 hours, the dried blocks proceed to the packaging section. Here, a sophisticated packaging robot wraps and stacks the products, which are then moved to a dedicated storage area. Simultaneously, empty pallets are cleaned and seamlessly returned to the production cycle via the chain conveyor and pallet return system.
