Can anyone tell what is reasonable rent these days in 2022? I hardly see any place for less than 2000TL on Sahibinden.

Thanks for the details and sharing your experience. With all the difficulties of rental (the 3x payment and deposit issue etc…), I think it's not worth the hassle and stress if staying for only 1 year residency permit. At first, I thought rental would be cheaper than hotels.
