    I lost like 60 lbs but then stuck for the last 5 months same weight. I’ve tried changing my diet a bit and intermediate fasting as well but it hasn’t helped. Also exercise so what would you recommend? I am starting to get frustrated. Thanks

    I have to try these recipes. I have to say though that I do not like the skin on the fish. I boil water in kettle and pour over the skin in order to pull it or scrap it off. I was able to just pull it off easy once but the time I had to scrap and pull it off.. Thanks for sharing.

    so i substituted my bacon for seasoned shrimp (seasoned with garlic pepper). I cooked the shrimp in olive oil and then deglazed with margarine before the cauliflower and to also give the rice that buttery flavor it usually has at asian restaraunts and omg it was sooo good

    My go to on this list are fried cabbage (sometimes I’ll add sliced kielbasa to it), shrimp or scallop fried rice, and broccoli with chicken or fish. I’ll be adding the Philly Cheesesteak skillet meal, creamy sun dried tomato chicken and chicken stir fry (the latter two served with cauliflower rice or mash). These quick and delicious are key to my success on a low carb diet.
