    Wow, wow, wow! This was exactly what I needed. I started off in the worst mood, and ended up feeling amazing. Sweat just poured. Went I got to round 4 I didn’t think I was going to be able to make it through, but I took a small break, put water on my face and kept going. So grateful to have found this. Day one done!     I just finished doing this series 2 times in a row over the last month. I've lost 10 pounds and 2 inches from my waist.

    I started the videos after losing nearly 40 pounds and hitting a plateau. One reason I chose this series is because I wanted to work on trimming my belly. While doing the videos, I followed a healthy diet, drank a lot of water, and also walked at least 10,000 steps per day.
