    The strength moves are good and effective, I just wish the pacing of the workout was a little faster. I guess I'm a little more used to high energy trainers- this wasn't bad and I will probably return to it, it's just a more slow workout that doesn't get my heart rate up.

    Man I was loving this workout but then the plank up downs gave me a wicked knot in my middle back on the right side and by the end I was in too much pain to twist :/ Is there anything we should know about form for doing those safely? I never want to do those up downs ever again that was horrible. I wish I could have finished this workout
