This is one of my absolute favorite workouts and I constantly come back to it!
Heyy.. this is my first time using weights
So can any of you advice me regarding how heavy the weights should be? I weight 104.6 kgs btw
So any idea what would be apt for me?
wish i knew how many calories their videos burned, i used 5 lb weights and i just put in my weight and 30 minutes into a dumbbell workout calculator and got 149 calories, hope thats accurate enough.
May I ask approx how many calories do you burn with this work out?
A couple things about this video that I don’t like:
1) lots of up and down. You’re standing to do squats then down on the mat for abs then up again for lunges etc. I find this really hard to follow.
2) lots of joking around and talking about drinks instead of telling you when to start the exercise. Because I watch on my phone I can’t always move my phone where I can see it. I need verbal queues.
3) video stopped several times for commercials and not the kind that play the then video stats again. The kind you have to hit skip. It was annoying.
Don’t think I’d do it again
If your smiling while your working out. Your not working out.

my favorite yt workout. betina is a PRO! her work focuses on the foundational and the form, really feeling the movement for your benefit, not just for reps (bc as you keep doing it, you'll hit your goal). great trainer. download the nike app!
Love these, have been having my best workouts since COVID started now that I bought them. Only criticism is that the end caps (which you rotate to change bestgym.equipment the weight) stick out and can do into your thighs if you rest the dumbbells vertically on your legs. Only a minor inconvenience though.
Fun workout
This was a great workout, I just wish there was less banter and more instructing. It was hard to keep up with the pace while focusing on the workout because I was expecting her verbal cue but I had to keep looking up.
A year ago, I could barely finish the 2 circuits without taking a break every other minute, and without feeling completely drained. I clearly was not ready to go at that kind of pace and that was okay. Now, I can finish this whole workout and really push myself to get stronger. I feel great and am so proud of how far I have come. Thank you for this! Never give up you guys!

Nice workout. Loved the trainer. Simple but effective exercises. Her voice, her routine and choice of music are all spot on.
Anna seems to be part of PSF management and yet her form is almost always the worst. Why doesn’t the main trainer teach them proper form before these workouts? Those dumbbell rows were poor form.
