    I was in my 20’s and had never eaten ribs, my mom said she wasn’t going to pay good money for bones and fat. A boyfriend wanted me to make them so he told me his family boiled them and then put the sauce on. So I reduced the broth I boiled them in then made a sauce with a catsup based BBQ sauce and they were good but not good enough. I now make them with a rub then put them in the crock with a little BBQ sauce poured over and they come out a little crispy and pretty delicious. I probably won’t go back to boiling
    It’s so much easier and less messy to make this way, so if you want crispy ribs without a lot of work try this.

    The nacho chips aren't supposed to be lying down there supposed to be standing on their ends and nicely packed throughout the entire pan so that everything on top melts and drips down the sides of the chips with their ends sticking up so you can easily grab each chip one after another

    That’s very interesting using baking powder on chicken wings. I’ve never heard of that.
    I make wings probably once every couple months. Love them. I have chef Johns exact set up with the pan, lined with foil and that cool rack that fits perfectly in the pan. I love doing wings in the oven that way. I hate deep frying. Dealing with the oil is a pain.
    I can’t wait to try using baking powder though. Very interesting.
    So I always buy full wings and cut them myself. It’s cheaper per pound to cut yourself and so easy. Plus I save and freeze the tips for bone broth. In the stores they sell them pre cut and label them “party wings”. You can buy a pack of both flats and drummies or a pack of just drummies. My personal favorite BY FAR is the flats. It’s truly annoying they don’t sell packs of just flats. You think they would since they sell just drummies. What do they do with the flats???

    I have been making the Buffalo Chicken Wing sauce since you first had the recipe on YouTube. Must have been 2011 or 2012. Every single BBQ, get together, Football Game or my kids drooling over your Wings again I make the same sauce. It’s no joke when I say that the Sauce is so good that the Wings are gone within 10 minutes. I once made almost 20lbs for my Husband’s Work Picnic and people were literally fighting over the wings. Best sauce in the world!

    best and most healthy way to eat is to eat a main base of a common whole food that you enjoy such as whole foods with carbs and fish, on top of this a lot of different herbs and vegitables a wide veriety of different fruits and vegitables is allways good….. i know this because this is what the highest population above 100 years old eats

    be gentle with the avacado seed ge some good potting coil preferably made from your compost pile and plant it if you live anywere that doesnt get to much below 30 degrees it should be fine i live i the valley of arizona and there is an ovacodo tree that must be over 100 feet tall and produces many thousands of avacodos each year
