Beyazitpack is a company specializing in the wet wipe manufacturing industry since 2007. Its Wet Towel Production Line consists of four separate machines: Cutting/Converting, Auto feeding unit, Packaging, and Lid Applicator.
This line has the capability of producing 30-144 pieces of wet wipes in one pack. The machine’s capacity varies based on the number of bobbins (6, 12, or 20), leading to a production rate of 30, 60, or 100 packs per minute. It can produce various types of wet wipes, such as baby wipes, antibacterial wipes, disinfecting wipes, and more.
Our system uses Omron electronics and SMC pneumatic systems and comes with a 1-year international warranty covering over 100 countries.
