You can see the designs we have drawn specially for you on our website or by visiting us on the internet or in our office.
2) Where and how to install Light Steel on the ground?
Light steel structures are mounted on a pre-prepared concrete floor. Anchoring is done with steel dowels and L brackets, which are mounted on the concrete floor. Thus, the building is fixed on the concrete floor.
3) How is the insulation of buildings against cold and hot?
Insulation is made on the walls and roof of the buildings. It is hot in winter and cool in summer. The insulation of the region where the building will be built can be changed by taking into account the climatic conditions.
4) What vehicles are used for the transportation of Light Steel Structures?
The transportation of the buildings is done by truck, containers, ship, train.
5) What is the status of Light Steel Structures in terms of earthquake resistance?
Structures are produced considering the earthquake conditions.
6) Does Light Steel Structures have any harm to the environment and human?
Absolutely not. All materials used are produced in accordance with TSE requirements.
7) Can the building we bought be renovated later?
Modifications are possible in buildings if desired.
8) Can I do the paint of Light Steel Structures myself during the renovation?
As in reinforced concrete buildings, you can paint your building very easily.
9) Can ceramics be applied on floors in WCs and bathrooms and tiles on walls?
Yes, it is applicable.
10) How many floors can be made?
Projects and pricing are generally thought according to 3 floors and can be applied by making static calculations according to the desired m² and floor. However, the increase in the number of floors and m² increases the costs.
11) How are the payment methods?

14) Do you get the permission for zoning?
The client receives zoning permits and legal permissions. Requirements to be given to the Municipality to obtain zoning permits; It is the Project file with title deed, sketch with a loop, diameter (plan example). What should be included in the project file are Architectural plan, Electrical plan, Mechanical plan and ground study. All of these must be provided by the customer.
15) Can I make a Light Steel Structure on the reinforced concrete building?
Yes, you can.
16) Are Light Steel Structures for summer purposes only? What is your solution for Cold Zones?
Light Steel Structures can be designed for all kinds of climatic conditions.
17) Can we use mortgage loan to buy Light Steel Structures?
You can get opinions from companies and banks.
18) What is the lifetime of Light Steel Structures?
The lifetime of the buildings is the same as the reinforced concrete structure and on average is between 30 and 50 years. It is possible to extend the life of the building if coating is made on the exterior of our buildings.
19) What are the jobs that the customer needs to do?
Customer is responsible for ground concrete and screed concrete. All kinds of excavation and landscaping works, making external connections outside the building (electricity, sewage, clean water), permits and license works to be obtained from the municipality, transportation and transportation insurance of the material belong to the customers.
