Why Freight Forwarder and Logistics Company does not use Marketing?

Marketing and Sales are not the same. However, in my experience, most of the companies do not conduct marketing but only a sales activity. I believe that we need to start thinking to use more marketing activity to get new customers in this covid 19, new normal situation.
