Atılmaksan Machinery Dust Filters
In the dust removal processes of industrial plants in pneumatic conveying lines / media dust removal lines, machines that provide air cleaning of dust (unwanted material) carried out by air together with filter bags (cloth) are usually provided to remove the dust from the air.
The dusts that are kept in the bag are moved from the dust cloths by the shaking of the bags of the compressed air by the gravity towards the bottom of the filter. The waste / unwanted material is recycled to the system or removed from the environment by accumulation.
When selecting the filters, the number of bags or bag surface area is calculated in m³ / m² and the bags are selected according to the type of powder.
Filter bag cages are manufactured as 10-wire according to the venturi pipe.
The bags used in the filter are 100% polyester antistatic in 2.5mm thickness, 550g in weight and 130 ° C in hot dry environment. In the filters we work with, we have 2mm thickness, 525g weight and 200 ° C hot dry environment. We also use 100 nomex needle felt filter bags.
