Working precept:
- Filling is carried out in line with volumetric piston cylinders (pistons) product of stainless-steel SS316, characterised by being extremely correct with the flexibility to regulate the filling amount through the management display screen with a German fault detection system and sensors
- The liquid is drawn from the tank into the filling cylinders and then injected into the containers utilizing appropriate filling nozzles.
- The nozzles are lowered into the packages when filling begins. During the filling course of, the motion of the filling heads is managed by a pneumatic circuit.
