Quality Assurance and Control:

Clot:

• Contamination of the chicken in the capillaries during egg laying.
• By means of the technological cameras in the sorting and packaging machine showing the inside of the egg, the eggs that are clotted inside are identified and separated and these eggs are not offered to the customers.
• Eggs that contain clots are not used in liquid form, but all of these eggs are destroyed.

Hidden Crack:

• Depending on the age of the chickens in the egg shell is visible on the invisible micro fractures.
• By means of the technological cameras in the sorting and packaging machine, the hidden cracks on the eggs are identified and separated and these eggs are not offered to the customers.
• Eggs with hidden cracks are considered as industrial eggs in liquid and pasteurized plants.

Dirt:

• Stool stain on egg shell during ovulation.
• Egg staining from eggs broken in the transport paths during egg collection.
• By means of the sensors in the sorting and packing machine, the dirt and stains on the eggs are determined and separated, and these eggs are not offered to the customers.
• Dirty eggs, liquid and pasteurized plants are considered as industrial eggs.
