    In conclusion then, when will this situation end and how? I’d suggest a few of the shippers turn the routes around and make Florida the last stop, If they’re losing more and more weeks on the west coast where’s the loss.

    The way I heard it explained was like this "Fast good or Cheap? Pick two". We built a system that was fast and cheap, but not good. So, and I think they eluded to this at the end of this piece, any disruption would throw the system off.
