Не жалейте время на упражнения в конце, там поймаете самый кайфик и мышцы вообще болеть не будут на следующий день. За 26 минут сжигаю до 230 калорий.     3 april – did the entire thing … was dying
    4 april -rest day cuz i had an exam
    5 april- done , slightly better this time

    I can get through this just , only problem I have is the lunges as it pulls my muscles and I get some kinda nerve issue going on I’ve had years , is there a decent alternative , maybe just do high steps or something ?
